My experience with Taylor was amazing. She is super knowledgeable about health and nutrition. I am a personal trainer and consider myself to be pretty health conscious. However, I found myself spinning my wheels recently. I felt bloated, tired, and generally tired all the time. I was stressed about what to eat. Taylor helped explain how some healthy foods could be wreaking havoc on my digestion. She gave me great tips and an actionable plan to cleanse my system for a reboot.  Meeting with Taylor was more helpful to me than any past appointment I have had with nutritionists or dieticians. Her approach truly is holistic in that I received a lot of manageable and approachable tips for how to make small lifestyle changes that worked with my schedule and what I was looking to address, and I have to say I was very surprised at how much of a difference those small tweaks made.
