Private coaching is a deep dive into your personal health journey. “Taylored” to your individual needs, these sessions will cover the topics most relevant to your unique situation, be it diet, stress, sleep or other. We will work together virtually to determine a simple, straightforward plan of action that will help you achieve results as quickly as possible. 

These sessions are highly educational, providing you with the tools you’ll need to create sustainable LIFESTYLE change. Meal suggestions, supplement recommendations, simple recipes and other resources will be shared throughout.

 

How Does It Work?

  • 75-Minute Initial Consultation - health history review + unique plan of action determined

  • 40-minute Follow-Ups - reassessment + progression of action plan

Assessment and evaluation

Our initial conversations will establish a foundation regarding your current health status, lifestyle habits, and challenges you may be facing. This includes information about your nutrition, physical activity, sleep patterns, stress levels, and other relevant factors to develop a comprehensive understanding of your well-being.

Goal setting

We’ll work together to identify your personal health goals, whether it's weight loss, stress reduction, improving fitness, work-life balance, or even managing a chronic condition like adrenal fatigue or hypothyroidism.

Personalized plans

Based on your goals and assessments, we will develop a personalized action plan. This plan may include dietary recommendations, exercise suggestions, stress reduction techniques, and other strategies to meet (and sustain) your goals and promote a healthier lifestyle overall.

Accountability and motivation 

After our initial meetings and creating a plan, we’ll continue with Follow-Up Consultations to check on your progress, keep motivation high, introduce new action items and encourage accountability. I’m here to support you along the way!
